رغم الظروف الصحية التي مر بها العالم عام 2020، استطاعت غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان أن تكمل مسيرتها في خدمة القطاع الخاص من منشآت وأفراد، عبر رؤيتها الاستراتيجية، التي تعتمد على المرونة واستثمار التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتفعيل نظام العمل عن بعد، والقدرة على مواكبة الظروف الاستثنائية بخطط ومحفزات جديدة للأعضاء.

• تنمية المشاريع المبتكرة بتوفير برامج ومبادرات تشجع الشركات لتطوير منتجات وخدمات مبتكرة في قطاع الأعمال.

بذلت غرفة تجارة عجمان جهوداً جبارة خلال عام 2020، من أجل ضمان استمرارية الأعمال، في ظل جائحة كورونا، حيث تتلخص أبرز إنجازاتها، بما يلي:

• تفعيل نظام العمل عن بعد بنسبة 100 بالمئة.
• تقديم الخدمات للأعضاء عبر القنوات الرقمية للغرفة بنسبة 100 بالمئة.
• إطلاق العديد من الحوافز والتسهيلات لرواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع.
• عقد الندوات والورش للقطاع الخاص حول استمرارية الأعمال في أزمة كوفيد - 19.
• تشكيل فريق عمل الإجراءات الوقائية والعمل عن بعد خلال أزمة كوفيد.
• وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لتجاوز أية ظروف استثنائية في المستقبل.

شكّلت غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان فريق عمل على درجة عالية من الكفاءة والخبرة، بهدف وضع خطة متكاملة لمواجهة جائحة كورونا، ومتابعة سير العمل عن بعد لتصل إلى 100 بالمئة، إضافة إلى الإشراف على الإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية التي تضمن سلامة المراجعين عند العودة إلى العمل بشكل تدريجي.

تنوعت المشاريع والمبادرات الاستراتيجية التي أعلنت عنها غرفة عجمان خلال العام المنصرم، فكانت البداية بتشكيل فريق عمل لتسيير الأعمال والإشراف على الإجراءات الاحترازية خلال جائحة كورونا، وإطلاق مجموعة الحزم التحفيزية دعماً لقطاع الأعمال، وإطلاق الموقع الإلكتروني بحلة جديدة، فضلاً عن ربط خدمات الغرفة ببوابة عجمان للدفع الذكي.

ولعل القاسم المشترك بين كل هذه المشاريع هو العمل على حماية مصالح مجتمع الأعمال في إمارة عجمان، وتقديم مختلف أنواع الدعم للقطاع الخاص ومعالجة أي مشكلات قد تواجهه.

إطلاق جائزة غرفة عجمان للأعمال:

تعتبر الجائزة إحدى مبادرات غرفة عجمان الموجهة لمجتمع الأعمال في الإمارة، بهدف تسليط الضوء على أفضل الممارسات لدى القطاع الخاص، وغرس ثقافة التميز لخلق بيئة تنافسية تصب في نمو واستدامة أعمال أعضاء غرفة عجمان، الأمر الذي ينعكس على تعزيز مستويات الأداء للعمليات التشغيلية الداخلية للمنشآت، وبالتالي الارتقاء بالخدمات والمنتجات المقدمة من مؤسسات القطاع الخاص للمجتمع.

وقد تم إطلاق الجائزة برعاية صاحب السمو الشيخ حميد بن راشد النعيمي، عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم عجمان، تحت شعار "معاً نحو التميز والريادة"، متضمنة ست فئات، هي:

أطلقت غرفة عجمان موقعها الإلكتروني بحلة جديدة، ليصبح منصة متميزة توفر كافة الخدمات والمعلومات التي تضمن نجاح أعمال ومشاريع الأعضاء. وقد استغرق تطوير الموقع عدة أشهر، حيث بذل فريق العمل جهوداً حثيثة ليكون سهل الاستخدام والتصفح، ويضمن التواصل الدائم مع الإدارة والموظفين، ويساعد على ممارسة الأعمال خطوة بخطوة، وفقاً لأعلى معايير الخصوصية والكفاءة والأمان.

في شهر يونيو من عام 2020، وقعت غرفة عجمان اتفاقية مع دائرة المالية في إمارة عجمان، باستخدام الهوية الرقمية - UAE PASS -، وذلك بهدف ربط خدماتها الرقمية ببوابة عجمان للدفع الذكي.

وتتيح المبادرة لمتعاملي وأعضاء الغرفة الدفع من خلال قنوات وخيارات متنوعة عن بعد، وبشكل موثوق وآمن، دون الحاجة لزيارة القسم المقدم للخدمة.

إطلاق دليل رواد الأعمال في إمارة عجمان:

في شهر سبتمبر من عام 2020، أعلنت غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان عن إطلاق «دليل روّاد الأعمال»، لتسليط الضوء على المشاريع الرائدة والمتميزة والترويج لها والتعريف بها لدى المؤسسات الاتحادية والمحلية.

ويعد الدليل الأول من نوعه على مستوى الإمارة، إذ يعد منصة هامة تروي قصص نجاح المشاريع الإماراتية، وتحقق رؤية غرفة عجمان في دعم مجتمع الأعمال بشكل عام، وروّاد الأعمال على وجه الخصوص.

إطلاق برنامج الزيارات الميدانية لمصانع وشركات الإمارة:

أطلقت غرفة عجمان برنامج الزيارات الميدانية لمصانع وشركات الإمارة، بهدف تعزيز الاتصال المباشر مع الأعضاء ورصد أفكارهم ومقترحاتهم، والوقوف على تحديات القطاع الخاص وسبل حلها.

وقد نظمت غرفة عجمان 28 زيارة خلال عام 2020، حيث لقيت هذه المبادرة إشادة واسعة من قبل رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع التي تمت زيارتها.

إطلاق برنامج "عوافي" بالتعاون مع "أورينت للتأمين":

انطلاقاً من سعيها إلى تقديم خدمات استثنائية وتوفير بيئة جاذبة تضمن رضا وسعادة رواد الأعمال في إمارة عجمان، وقعت غرفة عجمان اتفاقية تعاون مع شركة أورينت للتأمين، بهدف توفير برنامج "عوافي" للتأمين الصحي.

وقد تم تصميم البرنامج خصّيصاً لأعضاء غرفة عجمان من الشركات والمصانع، حيث يتضمن العديد من المزايا بأسعار تنافسية تُطرح للمرة الأولى للأعضاء.

الشراكات الاستراتيجية:

تؤمن غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان بأن الشراكات الاستراتيجية تعزز فرص النجاح، وتعد حجر الأساس في مسيرة عملها، ومن هنا عملت على بناء شراكات جديدة خلال عام 2020، فبحثت سبل تعزيز التعاون مع العديد من الجهات والمؤسسات، ووقعت العديد من الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التفاهم.

رغم الظروف الصحية التي سببتها أزمة كوفيد - 19، إلا أن غرفة تجارة وصناعة عززت تواصلها المحلي والعالمي، مع الجهات الحكومية وشبه الحكومية والشركات والمؤسسات الخاصة وسفارات وقنصليات الدول الصديقة، بهدف التعريف برؤية الغرفة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية وتعزيز سبل التعاون في كافة المجالات، حيث استقبلت عدداً من الوفود مطلع عام 2020 قبل تفشي فيروس كورونا عالمياً، كما استقبلت وفود أخرى بعد سيطرة دولة الإمارات على تفشي الوباء، والبدء بالعودة التدريجية إلى ميدان العمل.

ومن هذه الوفود:

• وفد من قنصلية الجمهورية التونسية.
• وفد من قنصلية جنوب أفريقيا.
• وفد من قنصلية جمهورية زامبيا.
• وفد من "الاتحاد للقطارات".

المشاركات الخارجية:

أخذت المشاركات الخارجية عام 2020 طابعاً مختلفاً، خصوصاً بعد أن أصبحت المنتديات والمؤتمرات والندوات تُعقد عن بعد من خلال منصة "زوم" و "مايكروسوفت تيمز".

أهم الملتقيات والورش والندوات:

عملت غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان على تعزيز التواصل مع موظفيها، من خلال مجموعة من البرامج التدريبية، في خطوة لتطوير مهاراتهم وتعزيز خبراتهم وتعريفهم بقصص النجاح من خلال نخبة من الخبراء والمدربين.

كما نظمت مجموعة من الورش والدورات لأعضائها، وبالتعاون مع شركائها، بهدف تنمية قدراتهم وتزويدهم بمهارات استثنائية لتطوير أعمالهم ومشاريعهم.

وقد عُقدت غالبية هذه الدورات والورش عن بعد، نظراً للظروف الصحية آنذاك، حيث ركزت بشكل كبير على كيفية تجاوز أزمة كوفيد - 19، وآثارها، وسبل تطوير الأعمال في ظل الأزمات.

وقد تجاوز عددها أكثر من 25 ندوة وورشة عمل ومحاضرة وحلقة نقاشية، نذكر منها:

ركزت غرفة عجمان جهودها على مساعدة الأعضاء ودعم القطاع الخاص في جميع المجالات القانونية التي تؤثر على بيئة الأعمال ونشاطاتها، فقدمت إدارة الخدمات القانونية حزمة من الخدمات المتكاملة لأعضائها، عبر فريق عمل على درجة عالية من الكفاءة والخبرة التي تجعل منه واحداً من أقوى الفرق على مستوى غرف التجارة في الدولة.

أبرز إنجازات مجلس سيدات أعمال عجمان:

يستمر مجلس سيدات أعمال عجمان في تشجيع المرأة ومساندتها للدخول إلى سوق العمل، ودعم مبادراتها واستثماراتها ومشاريعها، وتبني أفكارها وتحفيزها لخوض مجالات العمل الحر داخل الدولة وخارجها.

وقد نظم المجلس مجموعة من المبادرات المهمة سبقت جائحة كورونا، ومجموعة أخرى خلال الجائحة تتماشى في محاورها ومواضيعها مع طبيعة الأزمة والآثار التي سببتها.

وقد بلغ عدد المنتسبات للمجلس حتى تاريخ إصدار هذا التقرير.

وقد بلغ عدد الجهات التي استضافت المبادرة: 6 جهات حكومية.

مبادرة رفوف: هي عبارة عن منفذ تسويقي لصاحبات المشاريع، حيث تهدف إلى تشجيع المرأة على خوض تجربة البيع في متجر مصغر من أجل التعريف بمنتجاتها. وقد بلغ عدد الجهات التي استضافت المبادرة: 6 جهات حكومية.

المبادرات خلال أزمة كوفيد - 19:

المبادرات العامة للمجلس:

رخصة بدايات: هي رخصة معفية من الرسوم لمدة ثلاث سنوات، تهدف لدعم صاحبات الأعمال والمهن في المنازل للبدء بمشاريعهن المتنوعة، وذلك بالتنسيق مع دائرة البلدية والتخطيط في إمارة عجمان.

وقد بلغ عدد المنتسبات إلى الآن: 92 منتسبة.

مبادرة ريوقي: من المبادرات المهمة للمجلس، يتم من خلالها ترشيح سيدة حاصلة على رخصة بدايات أو عضوية المجلس، من أجل عرض وبيع منتجاتها في مجال المأكولات بإحدى الدوائر الحكومية.

الورش والدورات التدريبية:

نظم مجلس سيدات أعمال عجمان العديد من الورش والندوات والمحاضرات خلال عام 2020، بهدف رسم خارطة الطريق لرائدات الأعمال الإماراتيات في ظل أزمة كوفيد - 19، ومساندة المرأة الإماراتية في مسيرة عملها، ومساعدتها في نجاح مشروعها.

وقد ركزت هذه الورش على إدارة المشاريع وقت الأزمات، ووفّرت الدعم النفسي لصاحبات المشاريع، كما عرّفت بكيفية تجاوز المصاعب والتحديات.

وقد قدم البرنامج الوطني "إشراقة" سلسلة من الورش المهمة بهدف تعزيز التنوع والابتكار في فئتي "الأمن الغذائي والمائي، والصحة" وتشجيع سيدات الأعمال على تطوير مشاريعهن واستدامتها وتحويل أفكارهن لمشاريع قائمة.

الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التفاهم:

لم يتوانى مجلس سيدات أعمال عجمان خلال عام 2020 عن عقد شراكات جديدة، فكانت اتفاقيات التعاون العنوان الأبرز لمسيرة عمل حافلة بالإنجازات.

وقد ركزت هذه الاتفاقيات على المجالات السياحية والطبية ومجال الخدمات الإلكترونية بهدف تقديم فرص جديدة ومبادرات خلاقة لسيدات الأعمال في الإمارة.

إنجازات مركز عجمان للمسؤولية المجتمعية:

قام مركز المسؤولية المجتمعية بعجمان بالعديد من المبادرات التي كان لها الدور والأثر الكبير على المجتمع في ظل الظروف التي كان يمر بها العالم خلال جائحة كوفيد - 19، حيث بلغت عدد مبادرات المركز 3 مبادرات وهي:

قام مركز عجمان للمسؤولية المجتمعية بالتعاون مع شركة كواليتي ميترز بتنظيم ورشة عمل "الابتكار في مجال المسؤولية المجتمعية" بهدف توعية القطاع الخاص بأهمية إطلاق مبادرات فعّالة وفق آليات تعزز استفادة أصحاب الأعمال وأفراد المجتمع.

يؤدي مركز عجمان للتوفيق والتحكيم التجاري منذ إنشائه دوراً أساسياً في دعم النشاط التجاري، وحماية مصالح مجتمع الأعمال بالتعاون مع مراكز التحكيم بالدولة، حيث يوفر رؤية واضحة حول تحديات القوانين والتشريعات الوطنية، ويقوم بتذليل الصعاب التي تعوق النشاط التجاري في الدولة بصفة عامة وفي إمارة عجمان على وجه الخصوص.

فيما يلي إحصائية بالخدمات المنجزة والطلبات الجديدة التي تلقاها المركز حتى الربع الثالث من عام 2020:

ندوة الجرائم الإلكترونية:

في تاريخ 23 سبتمبر 2020 أقامت غرفة عجمان ندوة الجرائم الإلكترونية في فترة التعقيم الوطني، وذلك ضمن سلسلة الندوات القانونية بهدف تعزيز الوعي القانوني لكافة فئات المجتمع بشكل عام وأعضاء الغرفة ومجتمع الأعمال في الإمارة بشكل خاص بما يضمن بيئة استثمارية آمنة ومستدامة، وكان عدد الحضور خلال هذه الندوة 200 شخص.

قدم الندوة القانونية عن بعد عبر خاصية الاتصال المرئي، المحامي والمستشار القانوني محمد خليفة الفعلي، تناول خلالها محاور عدة منها:

محاور ندوة الجرائم الإلكترونية

• 1. مفهوم الجريمة الإلكترونية
• 2. الجرائم المرتكبة خلال فترة التقييم الوظيفي، وفي بعض الظروف تتوافر أركان الجريمة الإلكترونية وتتجاوز مخالفة لائحة الضبط الداخلي للمؤسسة
• 3. الجرائم التي تقع على البطاقات الائتمانية
• 4. جريمة الابتزاز الإلكتروني
• 5. جرائم السب أو القذف
• 6. جرائم الاعتداء على الخصوصية وجمع التبرعات

كما استعرض المحاضر خلال الندوة مبادئ من المحاكم، بالإضافة إلى عدد من النصائح والإرشادات القانونية، وأهمية اتباع الإرشادات والنصائح التي تقدمها الجهات المعنية في الدولة.

Introduction

Despite the health circumstances the world went through in 2020, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry was able to continue its journey of serving the private sector, both establishments and individuals, through its strategic vision, which relies on flexibility, investment in modern technology, activation of the remote work system, and the ability to keep pace with exceptional circumstances with new plans and incentives for members.

Hence, the Ajman Chamber did not cease to fulfill its mission of representing and protecting the interests of the business community in the Emirate of Ajman, providing various types of support to the private sector, and addressing any problems it might face.

In this report, we will explore the journey of achievements of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its affiliated institutions, with figures, reports, and photos, and highlight its most important initiatives, projects, services, and local and external participations.

Data and information are of great importance in developing the internal work system of institutions and government and private entities, and they play a key role in measuring the strength and resilience of the economy, foreseeing the future, and enhancing the vision of decision-makers to update policies and develop work mechanisms and government services.

We intended for this report to be a comprehensive assessment of what was accomplished during the past year, and a preparation for the coming year, through which we will work on developing our services directed at the business community and strengthening the Chamber's partnerships with all federal and local government entities and private sector institutions.

One of the department's most important projects is the 'Innovation Space' project, a center aimed at providing a supportive and stimulating environment for innovation to develop the Chamber's services and institutional operations, encourage idea generation among its employees, and support, develop, and incubate innovative business projects in the Emirate by providing training and mentoring programs and initiatives that encourage the development of innovative products and services in the business sector. This enhances the Chamber's role in innovation and competitiveness, supports the application of innovation in the business sector, and makes it the first innovation center directed at the business sector in the Emirate.

The strategic projects and initiatives announced by the Ajman Chamber during the past year were diverse. It began with the formation of a task force to manage business operations and oversee precautionary measures during the Corona pandemic, the launch of a set of stimulus packages to support the business sector, the launch of the website with a new look, as well as linking the Chamber's services to the Ajman Pay smart payment gateway.

Perhaps the common denominator among all these projects is the work to protect the interests of the business community in the Emirate of Ajman, provide various types of support to the private sector, and address any problems it may face.

Launch of the Ajman Chamber Business Award:

The award is one of the Ajman Chamber's initiatives directed at the business community in the Emirate, aiming to highlight the best practices in the private sector and instill a culture of excellence to create a competitive environment that contributes to the growth and sustainability of the businesses of Ajman Chamber members. This is reflected in enhancing the performance levels of the internal operational processes of establishments, thereby improving the services and products provided by private sector institutions to the community.

The award was launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, under the slogan 'Together Towards Excellence and Leadership,' and includes six categories:

Launch of the New-Look Website:

The Ajman Chamber launched its website with a new look, making it a distinguished platform that provides all the services and information necessary to ensure the success of its members' businesses and projects. The website development took several months, with the team making diligent efforts to ensure it is user-friendly and easy to navigate, guarantees constant communication with the management and staff, and assists in conducting business step-by-step, in accordance with the highest standards of privacy, efficiency, and security.

E-linking Project with the Ajman Pay Smart Payment Gateway:

In June 2020, the Ajman Chamber signed an agreement with the Department of Finance in the Emirate of Ajman, using the digital identity - UAE PASS - with the aim of linking its digital services to the Ajman Pay smart payment gateway.

The initiative allows the Chamber's customers and members to pay through various remote channels and options, reliably and securely, without the need to visit the service-providing department.

Launch of the Entrepreneurs' Guide in the Emirate of Ajman:

In September 2020, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced the launch of the 'Entrepreneurs' Guide' to highlight, promote, and introduce pioneering and distinguished projects to federal and local institutions.

The guide is the first of its kind in the emirate, serving as an important platform that tells the success stories of Emirati projects and fulfills the Ajman Chamber's vision of supporting the business community in general, and entrepreneurs in particular.

Launch of the Field Visits Program for Factories and Companies in the Emirate:

The Ajman Chamber launched the field visits program for factories and companies in the emirate to enhance direct communication with members, monitor their ideas and suggestions, and identify the challenges of the private sector and ways to solve them.

The Ajman Chamber organized 28 visits during 2020, and this initiative received wide praise from the entrepreneurs and project owners who were visited.

Launch of the 'Awafi' Program in Collaboration with 'Orient Insurance':

Driven by its commitment to providing exceptional services and creating an attractive environment that ensures the satisfaction and happiness of entrepreneurs in the Emirate of Ajman, the Ajman Chamber signed a cooperation agreement with Orient Insurance to provide the 'Awafi' health insurance program.

The program was specifically designed for Ajman Chamber members from companies and factories, featuring numerous benefits at competitive prices offered for the first time to members.

Strategic Partnerships:

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry believes that strategic partnerships enhance opportunities for success and are the cornerstone of its work. Therefore, it worked on building new partnerships during 2020, exploring ways to enhance cooperation with many entities and institutions, and signing numerous agreements and memorandums of understanding.

Despite the circumstances imposed by the Corona pandemic, the Ajman Chamber managed to build important partnerships to develop the business sector and support its members. It enhanced cooperation with a number of government institutions and private companies, including:

Visiting Delegations:

Despite the health conditions caused by the COVID-19 crisis, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry enhanced its local and global communication with governmental and semi-governmental entities, private companies and institutions, and embassies and consulates of friendly countries. The aim was to introduce the Chamber's vision and strategic goals and enhance cooperation in all fields. It received a number of delegations at the beginning of 2020 before the global outbreak of the coronavirus, and also received other delegations after the UAE controlled the spread of the pandemic and began a gradual return to work.

The Ajman Chamber managed to register a remarkable presence in all local and international economic events and to participate in the membership of arbitration committees through its officials and experts.

Key Forums, Workshops, and Seminars:

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry worked to enhance communication with its employees through a series of training programs, in a step to develop their skills, enhance their expertise, and introduce them to success stories through a selection of experts and trainers.

It also organized a series of workshops and courses for its members, in cooperation with its partners, to develop their capabilities and provide them with exceptional skills to develop their businesses and projects.

Most of these courses and workshops were held remotely due to the health conditions at the time, focusing heavily on how to overcome the COVID-19 crisis, its effects, and ways to develop businesses amidst crises.

The Ajman Chamber focused its efforts on assisting members and supporting the private sector in all legal areas that affect the business environment and its activities. The Legal Services Department provided a package of integrated services to its members through a highly efficient and experienced team, making it one of the strongest teams among the Chambers of Commerce in the country.

The Ajman Business Women Council continues to encourage and support women to enter the labor market, backing their initiatives, investments, and projects, adopting their ideas, and motivating them to engage in freelance work both inside and outside the country.

The Council organized a series of important initiatives before the Corona pandemic, and another set during the pandemic, with themes and topics aligned with the nature of the crisis and its effects.

Rofouf Initiative: A marketing outlet for female project owners, aimed at encouraging women to experience selling in a mini-store to introduce their products. The number of entities that hosted the initiative reached: 6 government entities.

Initiatives during the COVID-19 Crisis:

The Council's General Initiatives:

Bedayat License: A license exempt from fees for three years, aimed at supporting female business owners and professionals at home to start their diverse projects, in coordination with the Department of Municipality and Planning in the Emirate of Ajman.

The number of members so far has reached: 92 members.

Reyoogi Initiative: One of the Council's important initiatives, through which a woman holding a Bedayat license or Council membership is nominated to display and sell her food products in a government department.

Workshops and Training Courses:

The Ajman Business Women Council organized many workshops, seminars, and lectures during 2020 to map out a roadmap for Emirati female entrepreneurs amidst the COVID-19 crisis, support Emirati women in their careers, and help them succeed in their projects.

These workshops focused on project management during crises, provided psychological support to project owners, and introduced ways to overcome difficulties and challenges.

The National Program 'Eshraqa' presented a series of important workshops aimed at enhancing diversity and innovation in the categories of 'Food and Water Security, and Health' and encouraging businesswomen to develop and sustain their projects and turn their ideas into existing projects.

Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding:

The Ajman Business Women Council did not hesitate to form new partnerships in 2020, with cooperation agreements being the most prominent headline of a journey full of achievements.

These agreements focused on tourism, medical, and e-services fields to provide new opportunities and creative initiatives for businesswomen in the emirate.

The Ajman Center for Social Responsibility undertook several initiatives that had a significant role and impact on the community amidst the circumstances the world was going through during the COVID-19 pandemic. The center's initiatives numbered 3, which are:

Achievements of the Ajman Center for Conciliation and Arbitration:

Since its establishment, the Ajman Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration has played a fundamental role in supporting commercial activity and protecting the interests of the business community in cooperation with arbitration centers in the country. It provides a clear vision of the challenges of national laws and legislation and works to overcome difficulties that hinder commercial activity in the country in general and in the Emirate of Ajman in particular.

Cybercrime Seminar:

On September 23, 2020, the Ajman Chamber held a seminar on cybercrime during the national sterilization period, as part of a series of legal seminars aimed at enhancing legal awareness for all segments of society in general, and for Chamber members and the business community in the emirate in particular, to ensure a safe and sustainable investment environment. The number of attendees at this seminar was 200 people.

The legal seminar was presented remotely via video conference by lawyer and legal consultant Mohammed Khalifa Al-Fa'ali, during which he discussed several topics, including:

• 2. Crimes committed during the job evaluation period, where in some circumstances the elements of a cybercrime are present and go beyond a violation of the institution's internal regulations

The lecturer also reviewed court principles during the seminar, in addition to a number of legal tips and guidelines, and the importance of following the guidance and advice provided by the relevant authorities in the country.

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its affiliated institutions continue to support and protect the interests of the business community in the Emirate of Ajman.
