يتم تحديث دليل إمتيازات العضوية بغرفة عجمان من حين لآخر وفقا للتغيرات في العوامل البيئية الداخلية والخارجية خاصة ما يتصل بالنواحي التشريعية و القانونية على المستويين الاتحادي و المحلي ، كذلك المعلومات الراجعة من قبل الأعضاء المشاركين في خدمات إمتيازات العضوية ، سواء من خلال الإستبيانات او المقابلات او البريد الالكتروني او اية وسائل اخرى حيث تتم عمليات التحديث و الموافقة عليها من قبل مجلس إدارة غرفة عجمان ، حيث يتم تحديث محتوي الدليل و توثيقه من خلال الجدول التالي:

تتبني حكومة عجمان عدد من مسارات التنمية و من بين تلك المسارات دعم وتشجيع تتبني حكومة عجمان عدد من مسارات التنمية و من بين تلك المسارات دعم وتشجيع القطاع الخاص كونه شريكا أساسيا في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة و المستدامة في الإمارة لذا تعمل الغرفة على دعم النشاطات التجارية و الصناعية و الزراعية و تهيئة المناخ الإيجابي لنمو الأعمال و الإستثمار في إطار الحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية و الحرص على رعاية مصالح أعضاء الغرفة و تقديم الخدمات المتميزة اليهم.

و في ضوء ما سبق تعمل الغرفة على تنمية التعاون و التجارة البينية بين المؤسسات العاملة بإمارة عجمان من خلال الآليات التالية:

2.1 تنمية التعاون والتجارة البينية وفقا للتقسيمات والأنشطة الإقتصادية والتجارية والسوقية بإمارة عجمان

أحد الإهتمامات الرئيسية لغرفة عجمان هو دعم ومساعدة المؤسسات

الخاصة بشكل عام و المتوسطة والصغيرة منها بشكل خاص على النمو و التوسع وزيادة الصادرات و المساهمة في الناتج الاجمالي لإمارة عجمان و المشاركة في عملية التنمية المستدامة وانطلاقا مما سبق تعمل غرفة عجمان على ما يلي :

التعاون والتكامل البيني بين كافة أشكال و أنشطة المؤسسات العاملة في إمارة عجمان من خلال تزويد المؤسسات بالمعلومات حول التعاون و التبادل التجاري بين المؤسسات المتخصصة في تقديم خدمات أو منتجات والمؤسسات الأخرى التي تتطلب أنشطتها و عملياتها الحصول على منتجات أو خدمات المؤسسات الأخرى الأمر الذي يؤدي الى تقوية التبادل التجاري البيني و زيادة الناتج المحلي للإمارة و المشاركة الفاعلة في التنمية المستدامة.

• تقديم معلومات تفصيلية حول كل نشاط اقتصادي
• عقد ندوات تخصصية تعريفية بالغرفة لا تزيد عن يوم واحد لمناقشة سبل تعزيز التعاون و التكامل بين المؤسسات العاملة في مجال معين والمؤسسات الأخرى لبحث التعاون بين تلك المؤسسات.

2.2 تنمية التعاون والتجارة بين المؤسسات العاملة بالمناطق الحرة التجارية والصناعية والمؤسسات المحلية

تعتبر تجربة المناطق الحرة بإمارة عجمان من التجارب الناجحة على المستويين المحلي و الدولي في إدارة و دعم المناطق الحرة لتحقيق أهدافها العامة و الرامية الى جذب الاستثمارات الاجنبية و زيادة الصادرات و نقل التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتقوية التصنيع من خلال الميزات التنافسية والمساهمة في دعم التنمية المستدامة. و بالرغم من ان المناطق الحرة التقليدية تهدف الى الإستيراد من الخارج في ظل تمتعها بالإعفاءات الجمركية على الواردات و الصادرات الموجهة الى السوق الخارجية إلا ان كثير من البلدان والتي تتواجد بها مناطق حرة عامة او خاصة تهدف الى تقوية العلاقات و التعاون بين مؤسسات المناطق الحرة التجارية أو الصناعية أو المشتركة و المؤسسات المحلية التجارية و الصناعية والخدمية لتحقيق نوع من التكامل والاعتماد على المؤسسات المحلية في القيام بأعمال التوريد و الإمداد أو التصنيع لحساب الشركات العاملة بالمناطق الحرة, لذا تعمل غرفة عجمان على تقوية العلاقات بين مؤسسات المناطق الحرة و المؤسسات المحلية من خلال عدد من الآليات التالية:

• إعداد قوائم بالمؤسسات التجارية و الصناعية العاملة في المناطق الحرة وفقا لطبيعة النشاط الذي تقوم به تلك المؤسسات.
• عقد ملتقيات اليوم الواحد لتشجيع التعاون والتكامل بين مؤسسات المناطق الحرة و المؤسسات المحلية.
• تتم دعوة ممثلي بعض المؤسسات لاستعراض تجاربهم في الملتقيات التي تطرحها الغرفة.

قواعد البيانات هي الدليل المساعد في إيجاد البيانات و المعلومات المصنفة التي تمد برؤية واضحة و من ثم إتخاذ القرارات المناسبة. لذا فإن غرفة عجمان تسخر قواعد بياناتها لإمدادكم بالبيانات الاقتصادية و التجارية المختلفة مثل:

تعمل غرفة عجمان على مساعدة المؤسسات الأعضاء على الإستفادة من الفرص التجارية داخل و خارج دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة و ذلك من خلال توافر بيانات الإستثمار مثل:

• توفير البيانات والمعلومات حول الفرص الإستثمارية في إمارة عجمان في عدد من القطاعات.
• توفير البيانات حول المستثمرين المحليين والأجانب الراغبين في عقد شراكات مع المؤسسات العاملة في إمارة عجمان
• تسهيل الإتصال و التواصل مع البعثات التجارية الخارجية لدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة للحصول على المعلومات

• تقديم كافة القوانين والتشريعات المحلية والاتحادية في كافة القطاعات الإقتصادية محور إهتمام المستثمرين والمؤسسات الخاصة
• تقديم إجابات و إيضاحات قانونية حول الأسئلة و الإستفسارات القانونية

تحرص غرفة عجمان على تقديم امتيازات و خدمات متطورة لأعضائها و ذلك من خلال مجموعة من الخدمات التي تعزز مكانة أعضاء الغرفة محليا وعالميا و من بين تلك الخدمات ما يلي:

4.1 شهادات التزكية

متطلبات منح شهادة التزكية

• أن تكون الرخصة التجارية سارية المفعول و مجددة بشكل تتابعي لمدة 3 سنوات متعاقبة
• عضوية غرفة عجمان سارية المفعول
• تمتع المؤسسة بسمعة جيدة في الغرفة
• أن يكون سجلها خاليا من الشكاوي من قبل المؤسسات العامة او الخاصة أو الأفراد أو المجتمع المدني و مؤسساته.
• تقديم طلب للحصول على شهادة التزكية وتحديد الجهة التي ستقدم اليها الشهادة.

4.2 شهادات التقدير

تفخر غرفة عجمان بأعضائها و الذين يعملون على تحقيق مستويات أداء و إنجازات عالية تساهم في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في الإمارة و خدمة ورفاهية المجتمع ،لذا تقوم الغرفة بإصدار شهادات التقدير إلى الأعضاء المتميزين مما يسهم في تقوية سمعة و مكانة المؤسسة بين عملائها ومورديها و المساعدة على نمو أعمال المؤسسة داخليا و خارجيا وتدعيم استراتيجية التوسع.

متطلبات الحصول على شهادات التقدير:

• أن تكون المؤسسة قد حققت صادرات قيمتها أكثر من 5 ملايين درهم سنويا خلال السنوات الثلاثة الأخيرة.
• أو أن تكون نسبة التوطين بها لا تقل عن 10%.
• أو أن تكون المؤسسة قد سجلت براءة اختراع لمنتج أو خدمة جديدة داخل أو خارج دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة.
• أن تكون المؤسسة مسؤولة مجتمعيا وتقدم خدمات مجتمعية.

4.3 نشر قصص نجاح المؤسسات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بالغرفة

تفخر غرفة عجمان دائما بالمؤسسات المؤثرة و الداعمة للاقتصاد الوطني في إمارة عجمان من خلال أنشطة تلك المؤسسات في المجالات المختلفة، حيث تقوم تلك المؤسسات المتميزة بتطبيق أفضل الممارسات للوصول إلى التميز في العمل من خلال التطوير و التحسين المستمر و التغلب على التحديات والصعوبات في العمل، وتحويلها إلى فرص للتحسين و الإنجاز و التوسع و النمو، لذا تفخر الغرفة بتقديم قصص النجاح و التميز المؤسسي و نشرها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بالغرفة.

تتمتع غرفة عجمان بسمعة مرموقة بين المؤسسات الوطنية و العالمية و يمكن للمؤسسات المشاركة في امتيازات العضوية استثمار تلك السمعة من خلال استخدام شعار الغرفة في ما يلي:

• وضع شعار الغرفة على الموقع الإلكتروني للمؤسسة .
• وضع شعار الغرفة على مطبوعات المؤسسة و المراسلات الخارجية لتذييل المراسلات.

5.1 خصومات مختلفة على البرامج والورش التدريبية والمؤتمرات التي تقدمها الغرفة

تتيح غرفة عجمان الفرصة لأعضائها وللعاملين بالمؤسسات الأعضاء فرصة الاستثمار في مواردها البشرية من خلال قيام الغرفة بتمكين العاملين بتلك المؤسسات من حضور البرامج التدريبية و الورش و الملتقيات والمؤتمرات التي تنظمها الغرفة بأسعار تنافسية.

• تقديم خصم للعاملين في مؤسسات الأعضاء يتراوح في ما بين 10 - 30 % من اجمالي الاستثمار في البرامج أو الورش التدريبية أو المؤتمرات.
• تكريم المشاركين المتميزين في أدائهم وتفاعلهم التدريبي خلال إنعقاد و إدارة البرامج التدريبية .

• إتاحة الفرصة للأعضاء حاملي بطاقة امتيازات العضوية حضور حلقات النقاش التخصصية و تبادل الآراء و المقترحات لتحسين الأداء بشكل عام في مجال النشاط.
• التعاون والتنسيق بين غرفة عجمان و المؤسسات العاملة في القطاعات المختلفة على التعامل مع التحديات التي تواجهها تلك المؤسسات إداريا وماليا و تسويقيا و تنمية الحلول الملائمة لها.

Requirements for Granting a Testimonial Certificate

• The commercial license must be valid and renewed consecutively for 3 successive years.
• Ajman Chamber membership must be valid.
• The institution must have a good reputation in the Chamber.
• Its record must be free of complaints from public or private institutions, individuals, or civil society and its institutions.
• Submit an application to obtain the testimonial certificate and specify the entity to which the certificate will be presented.
