بعد الاطلاع على الدستور المؤقت،

وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 1972م، في شأن اختصاصات الوزارات وصلاحيات الوزراء والقوانين المعدلة له،

وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (5) لسنة 1975م، في شأن السجل التجاري،

وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (2) لسنة 1984م، في شأن ممارسة مواطني دول مجلس التعاون للأنشطة الاقتصادية في الدولة،

وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (8) لسنة 1984م، في شأن الشركات التجارية،

وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 1984م، بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون الاتحادي رقم (8) لسنة 1984م في شأن الشركات التجارية،

وعلى المرسوم الاتحادي رقم (47) لسنة 1982م بالموافقة على الاتفاقية الاقتصادية الموحدة بين دول مجلس التعاون،

وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة وموافقة مجلس الوزراء والمجلس الوطني الاتحادي وتصديق المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد،

أصدرنا القانون الآتي:

يسمح لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية من الأشخاص الطبيعيين أو الاعتباريين بممارسة تجارتي التجزئة والجملة في الدولة وفقاً للقواعد والضوابط التي يصدر بها قرار من مجلس الوزراء.

ينشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به من 1/ 3/ 1987م، فيما يخص تجارة التجزئة، ومن 1/ 3/ 1990م فيما يخص تجارة الجملة.

Having reviewed the Provisional Constitution,

And Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, concerning the competencies of ministries and the powers of ministers, and its amending laws,

And Federal Law No. (5) of 1975, concerning the Commercial Register,

And Federal Law No. (2) of 1984, concerning the practice of economic activities in the State by citizens of the Cooperation Council States,

And Federal Law No. (8) of 1984, concerning Commercial Companies,

And Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1984, amending certain provisions of Federal Law No. (8) of 1984 concerning Commercial Companies,

And Federal Decree No. (47) of 1982, approving the Unified Economic Agreement between the Cooperation Council States,

And based on the submission of the Minister of Economy and Commerce, the approval of the Council of Ministers and the Federal National Council, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

We have issued the following law:

Citizens of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, whether natural or legal persons, are permitted to practice retail and wholesale trade in the State in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by a decision of the Council of Ministers.

This law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect on 1/3/1987, with respect to retail trade, and on 1/3/1990, with respect to wholesale trade.
